My fees are commensurate with other professionals who have similar training, education, and experience providing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in this area. Please contact me for more details.

Saving on Health Care:
There are several ways to save on health care:

  1. For patients choosing to use their insurance, I encourage you to contact your health insurance providers to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-network therapy services. I am happy to provide you a sales receipt to submit to your insurance company for some form of direct reimbursement.
  2. Using a health savings account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA).  Some companies offer a tax-deferred HSA and/or FSA.  Choosing an HSA gives one the benefit of rolling over unused money to the next year for health care.
  3. Using your Retirement Health Savings (RHS) account.  Some retirement accounts have a certain amount that one can use for health care tax-free.
  4. If you are a mental health provider, my services can be considered tax deductible.
